Here are a few odds and sods from the last few weeks.
Haven't been on here much lately, my encounter with the Nutter From Hell a few months back kind of put me off. I think Rob (of Moggycattermole fame) feels the same. It certainly took a lot of the enjoyment out of the whole process. I still don't understand what joy the bloke got out of it all.
Anyway ... to update anyone who's interested, I still have five dogs, still live in chaos, and I'm still working at bgp in Bicester, and still work at the New Inn in Middleton Cheney on Sunday afternoons. I also have a new part-time job - chauffeuring celebrities at events such as the BRITS, BAFTAs, etc. So far I've had a variety of film directors, actors and actresses in the car, as well as Radio 1 DJ Sara Cox, and I narrowly missed getting Angelica Huston and Kylie Minogue!! The cars we drive are LWB Audi A8's, which are the Dog's Bollocks.
The sunset pics here were taken in North London a couple of weeks back. The ones of the dogs were obviously taken in the last few days!!! (Cold, innit??)

Merlin (aka "Scruffy Cat")

Today I took the sad decision to have Merlin put down.
He has been unwell for several months, and just lately he seemed to deteriorate daily, so it seemed to be the kindest thing to do.
He was a sweet, shy little cat, very wary of humans (hardly surprising, since he was beaten up before I had him) and despite the fact he scarred me for life, biting my arm last time he paid a visit to the vet, I was very fond of him.
Anyway he has gone now, hopefully at peace.
I'll miss him

bgp Christmas Party 2004

bgp held its staff Christmas party on Wednesday (22nd), at the (in)salubrious Littlebury Hotel in Bicester (the hub of the universe. Not.)
We all managed to have a pretty good time, though...!

The Darkness

For my birthday (two months ago) my wonderful son Casper booked tickets for us to see The Darkness, my favourite band, at Wembley.
On Saturday night (11th December), five of us went down on the train for the event.
It was AWESOME!!
Here are some pics taken with my totally inadequate camera. The show was fantastic, Justin Hawkins is a God and my body is his. Well, half his. He will have to share me with Neil Pearson (dribble).
